9 Tabular Summaries and Graphs

Species tables and graphs

This section presents detailed information for each NEFD species group, showing the forest areas for each territorial authority by five-yearly age classes. Figure 9.10 provides an overview of this by illustrating the species composition by age class.

The following six tables provide information about the net stocked forest area planted in:

• radiata pine;
• Douglas-fir;
• cypress species;
• other softwoods;
• eucalyptus species;
• other hardwoods.
