Insurance & Savings Ombudsman Scheme Review
An independent committee is reviewing the operation of the Insurance & Savings Ombudsman Scheme. The Review Committee is seeking submissions from the public about the extent of knowledge about the scheme, how people can access it, and the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures and practices adopted in dealing with insurance industry complaints.
