NZ’s next Ambassador to Turkey will be Jan Henderson.
Graham Fraser will be NZ’s next Special Agricultural Trade Envoy.
Tom Lambie has been elected as President of Federated Farmers of NZ and other positions include Charlie Pedersen (Vice President); John Aspinall and Neil Barton as reconfirmed board members; and Hugh Ritchie, (Chair Grains Council), Kevin Wooding (Chair Dairy Farmers of NZ) and Murray Taggart (Chair NZ Meat and Fibre Producers) as industry group representatives.
Stephen Jacobi has been appointed Chief Executive of the NZ Forest Industries Council.
Hugh Ritchie was recently elected Chairman of the Grains Council of NZ.
Dr Clive Wright has been appointed Ministry of Health Chief Advisor Oral Health.
Liz Stretch is Plunket’s new General Manager of Maori Health.
Jenny Earle has been re-elected as President of the NZ Principals’ Federation, and other announced positions included Vice-President Kelvin Squire, Secretary Judy Hanna, and Treasurer Geoff Lovegrove.
