Outcomes from the review: the On-farm Adverse Events Recovery Framework

Criteria

Cabinet agreed on 23 April 2007 that a three-levelled framework termed the Matrix of Government Response should be used to guide future decisions on the provision of which recovery measures may be made available.

The Matrix of Government Response provides a scaleable, risk management, flexible, overall assessment of each event and includes examples to help guide government when classifying individual adverse events.
