4. Campylobacter Characterisation
Macro-restriction profiling by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) analysis was used to genotype the Campylobacter isolates using the Sma I restriction enzyme and molecular weight markers. The Diversity Database programme was used to construct a dendrogram, which showed the level of similarity between isolates.
