Landowner Education
- "Most new forests planted since 1990 are small, privately owned, mostly farmer woodlots. Generally the larger corporate forest owners will be well aware of the implications of carbon trading. It is likely that an education programme would be required to alert these smaller woodlot owners to the obligations and opportunities which exist under the Kyoto Protocol."
