Limited space will be available in the Wellington venue for the display of posters over the three-day meeting. Delegates are invited to display posters and/or other written material covering projects and topics relating to their country's planted forests and areas of expertise.

Self-supporting display boards will be set up in the lobby area. Each board has a display area of 950 mm wide by 1050 mm high. The cost is $NZ35 per board for the period of the meeting with payment to be made at the time of set-up. There will also be limited table space available for the display of other items such as brochures and papers.

We would appreciate your advising the Secretariat by 31 January 2003 of the number of boards you will require so that space can be allocated and the boards ordered.
