Sustainable Farming Fund Progress Reporting Dates/Requirements for 2009/10

Progress Reporting is required 3 times a year see the table below the reporting dates. Reports are due 10 working days after the end of each period.

Please Note: Projects under $20,000 only need to submit a Progress Report in Period 2, together with a final report upon completion of the project.

To help the SFF Team to process reports and payments in a timely manner please:

  1. get reports in on time - late reports risk processing and/or payment delays;
  2. provide electronic copies of your Progress Report (including any associated attachments - see note below), Web Update and Request for Grant Payment form.

Please email these (as MSWord documents rather than pdf files) to mairead.roche@maf.govt.nz and copy/cc in your Project Advisor.

Record your project number and the reporting period in your email's "Subject" line, e.g:

Note: Please ensure any associated file attachments are provided in their native file format, not just embedded in the Word document. For example, if you produce a graph using Excel, please include the Excel file. All photographs should be provided in jpg format. Tables should be formatted properly in Word, using tabs to align figures, etc., with no extra spaces.
