Sustainable Farming Fund Progress Reporting Dates/Requirements for 2009/10
Progress Reporting is required 3 times a year see the table below the reporting dates. Reports are due 10 working days after the end of each period.

Please Note: Projects under $20,000 only need to submit a Progress Report in Period 2, together with a final report upon completion of the project.
To help the SFF Team to process reports and payments in a timely manner please:
- get reports in on time - late reports risk processing and/or payment delays;
- provide electronic copies of your Progress Report (including any associated attachments - see note below), Web Update and Request for Grant Payment form.
Please email these (as MSWord documents rather than pdf files) to mairead.roche@maf.govt.nz and copy/cc in your Project Advisor.
Record your project number and the reporting period in your email's "Subject" line, e.g:
